The skin and hair of babies are not yet as resistant as those of adults. Nevertheless, it needs care and cleansing. With our wash lotion & shampoo, we have developed a product that meets the high demands of babies. It is vegan, fragrance-free and contains only the highest quality ingredients for gentle cleansing. We work with organic almond oil, aloe vera, calendula and chamomile in the wash lotion, which together with a very mild surfactant, create the perfect blend of cleansing and care.Surfactants are wash-active substances that are there to dissolve grease and dirt from the hair and skin. They also provide recognisable lather in shampoos and shower gels. Strong surfactants make for a powerful lather and they also clean very thoroughly, but in the process, they also attack the skin's natural protective layer. It can dry out and cause itching and irritation. That is why we only use a very mild surfactant in our washing lotion. It gently cleanses the baby's skin and hair without damaging the skin's natural protective film.
Organic almond oil is particularly beneficial for dry and sensitive skin. The unsaturated fatty acids in almond oil are very similar to those in human skin, which is why they can be absorbed well. When washing, almond oil provides the skin with nutrient-rich moisture and soothes irritations.
Aloe vera is ideally suited as a component of the daily bath, as it is very skin-soothing, mild and refreshing. Aloe vera is also known for its regenerative properties.
Calendula, also called marigold, makes a very special contribution to the wash lotion. The natural plant has high regenerative properties and cares for stressed skin in a natural way. This is a great advantage, especially for delicate baby skin. In addition, calendula protects the skin from drying out.
Organic chamomile not only brings a light freshness to the wash lotion, it also soothes the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
With our new enchanting illustrations on the labels of the baby care series, we also bring a good mood and high-quality design into your bathroom. In our wash lotion & shampoo, squirrel mummy is bathing her bright little squirrel baby.
The outer packaging of our washing lotion & shampoo is made of FSC-certified cardboard. The lotion is filled in a glass bottle with a dispenser.
Gently apply wash lotion & shampoo to your baby's skin and hair, lather gently and then rinse off carefully. After showering, gently dry the skin. The practical dispenser allows you to decide for yourself how much wash lotion & shampoo you want to use.
